The Group commenced its first project in the UAE in 2008 and, as of 31 December 2023, had:
completed and fully sold 34 projects, comprising 5.9 million square feet delivered with a sales value of AED 4.7 billion
14 projects under development which are expected to be completed between 2024 and 2026, comprising 5.9 million square feet under construction with an estimated sales value of AED 18.9 billion.
